The National Capital 20 Miler and 5 Miler will be held on Sunday, September 27th. Exactly four weeks before the Marine Corps Marathon, the 20-Miler is the perfect tune-up race for any fall marathon. The 5-Miler is a fast event that’s great for building speed and strength. Both races feature a flat, straight, scenic course along the C&O Canal Towpath, from Carderock to the Key Bridge and back.
