This weekly 10 mile run provides the opportunity to have company for the that longer mid-week run that rounds out most marathon training programs. Routes vary among several that tour the Washington Mall, the C&O Canal as well as the Custis, W&OD, and Four Mile Run Trails.
Group leader for this run is Coach Rich Mendelowitz.
Meet at the planetarium parking lot. The run starts promptly at 5:15 AM. We do not wait so please be on time.
